Old Business:

1. Feedback has been received from some parents it ran a little long. We will be starting with the next Pack Meeting handing the Belt Loops, Patches, etc.. to the Leaders to pass out at the Den Meeting. We will recognize the achievements for Rank, and other special items.

2. We had additional Scouts sign up at the Pack meeting. Leaders please be sure you have contacted the Scout family and they are ready to start.

** New scouts assigned to Dens.  Den leaders be sure to contact your new scouts.

Den 1: Working on US Heritage award
Den 2: Worked on bobcat for new scouts, now working on Bear achivements

2. Treasurer Report

Once money comes back in for disney and rays tickets, balance will be 4-5k.  Details available on the treasury report.  Will start to categorize expenses to allow better reporting and tracking for future budgeting.

3. Rainwater Regatta update

This saturday - flyer sent out to den leaders and available on the pack website.

4. Day with the Rays update

Tickets and money are being distributed/collected.  86 tickets sold.

5. Disney Camp Update

Skits at the campfire.  dress up like a character from book - follow oct 'adventures in books' theme.  More details to follow.

6. Awards

Heritage award being ordered.  use packmaster for awards.

a. Everyone should have their key code. This is to be used only for non-local (out of state or across state) orders.

b. Orders are due in to Pearl by 9/22

c. Money is collected up front and checks are payable to Pack 61.

d. If need form can make a copy of a blank one.

e. Scan and Email full sheets to Pearl to enter drawings.
