Committee Meeting Minutes                         December 11, 2008

Red Alert Items

All Red Alert items need to be in confirming stages by next Committee Meeting.

1.    Pinewood Derby Location (1/31/08)

            (Dave heading up possible location, confirm 2                 Dens to work food stations. )

2.    Blue and Gold Banquet (2/27/08)

            (Jason heading up possible location)

3.    Kennedy Space Center Campout

            (February 7-8 or 14-15 date not confirmed, The             additional fee will be $90.00.  Den Leaders             need to have confirmation  by the next             Committee Meeting on January 8, 2008) 

Pack Meeting: 

1.     Feedback was good. I understand everyone liked the game. Achievements and Awards where given out with plenty of time to spare for games and information.. (Again sorry I was not there..)

Items Discussed:

1.     Den Reports:  We need to find out if Den 9 is still operating.

2.     Treasurer Report:          

a.      Expenses          13,600.29

b.     Income          2,192.79

c.     Assets          3,828.71

·        We should receive popcorn commission ($7,770.00) this week from Council.

3.     Parade:  Derek will find out what we need to do with Council for the upcoming parades.
